What if you never had to purchase a single drop of gasoline to power your vehicle ever again? Sounds too good to be true, but with SunStar Automotive, LLC's new and improved automotive innovations nothing is impossible. ElectraFuel
The use of oil to power automobiles is proving to be less viable every day, and the environmental and economic impacts of fossil fuels are well known. Attempts at other means of alternative energy, such as hydrogen fuel cells and electric vehicles have shown limited success. All of these alternative vehicle systems have their drawbacks, and none of them provide a complete solution to our energy problems. ElectraFuel is the solution.

For the first time in history Americans will be given the option of renewable energy over gasoline right at the gas pump. This is possible due to our automotive innovation called ElectraFuel. The ElectraFuel system uses a vending machine style dispenser that is coated with our proprietary solar material (SolarFilm). We will install the system in every gas station in America. Motorists who have hybrid or electric vehicles will be able to pull a fully charged battery from the vending machine and plug it into a receiving port on their vehicle. The battery is extremely light weight, completely safe, and will extend the range of an electric vehicle by 40-60 miles depending on driver habit. The battery is recharged by solar energy while in the vending machine, as well as in the automobile, thereby producing zero carbon footprint.

The ElectraFuel system will require an automotive manufacturer to make simple modifications to their hybrid/electric vehicles. These modifications will include installing a portal on the opposite side of the gas tank. This portal will store the ElectraFuel rechargeable battery unit. Once the battery unit is depleted, customers will be able to go to major gas stations in America to switch their discharged battery with a fully charged one.

StarCar is an automobile designed to utilize SolarFilm. The car has electric motors at every wheel, a primary and secondary set of batteries, an inductance charging device, a hydrogen generator as a backup charging system, and a small internal combustion engine as an emergency backup. StarCar will also make use of a proprietary body panel/chassis battery system that will greatly increase the amount of charging surface and battery storage while reducing the overall weight of the car.

The body panels are made out of a honeycomb structure that is sandwiched between two layers of carbon fiber and Kevlar. This design more than doubles the amount of storage capacity. The panels use solid electrolytes instead of liquid or gels that could pose a hazard in a traffic accident. The panels are also equipped with built in conduction areas. This eliminates the need for the usually bulky electrical harness and hundreds of additional pounds of weight, not to mention parts. The panels are recyclable, far more durable, and less expensive than conventional panels.

Another important feature of the StarCar is its ability to turn every mechanical motion into electricity. Even the shock absorbers create electricity every time they move up and down. So even though the actual amount of electricity from each motion is small, these everyday actions create thousands of watts of electricity over the life of the vehicle.

SunStar Automotive has also developed a photovoltaic automotive finish that can be used on any vehicle, turning it into a solar generator. Comprised of nanotubes and fullerenes, SolarPaint is as clear as glass and may be used over the entire surface of the automobile, including the windows. This clear photovoltaic finish paint will continually charge the vehicles batteries.
